Competition Winner Announced:

Tuesday 28th June 2016 Lindsay Gordon of Invergowrie has won the competition. He was first out of the hat. The dedicated fan for the last 35 years of Dundee FC said on hearing the news:

” Fantastic news just what I need. An iPad mini will come in very handy ”

Hopefully the prize will prove useful on his travels, now that he has retired after 30 years in the Oil & Gas Industry.

It is a free to enter competition. The closing date of the Spring draw is mid-night 24th June in Great Britain.

 

Draw Rules

 

There will be one prize. It will be an Apple iPad Mini, 16GB WiFi connection model.

Entry to the competitions is restricted to one entry per person please.

Multiple entries will be disqualified.

Automated entries, bulk entries or third party entries will be disqualified!

A parts request reference shall be from the time period for that draw.*

Competitions are open to UK & ROI residents only unless otherwise stated

Prizes can only be sent to a valid UK or ROI address unless otherwise stated.

Winners will be chosen at random by computer from all valid entries.

Winners will be contacted via email from our website.

The Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in to.

Each competition will run from the day after a quarter day until midnight of the following quarter day in Great Britain*.

Our policy is such that we will not pass on your details to any third party without your prior consent.

An entrant needs to have access to the internet.

Winners will be selected at random by computer except where stated in the individual prize draw special terms and conditions

Entrants must be aged 18 or over on the start of that draw’s start date in Great Britain to be eligible for entry.

It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the Entrant agrees to abide by these rules.

Submission of an entry will be taken to mean acceptance of these terms and conditions.

No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of transmission or posting will not be accepted as proof of receipt.

In the event of 1st Choice being unable to contact the winner or of the winner being unable to accept their prize, 1st Choice reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant who, in the opinion of the judges and in accordance with these terms and conditions, is the next best entry.

The prize as described is available on the date of publication. The prize is non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives.

Events may occur that render the competition itself or the awarding of the prizes impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and accordingly the Promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.

Midsummer Day (24 June) so the spring competition starts 26 March and ends mid night 24 June in Great Britain

Michaelmas (29 September) so summer competition starts 25 June and ends mid-night 29 September in Great Britain

Christmas (25 December) so autumn competition starts 30 September and ends mid-night 25 December in Great Britain
